1.バターと砂糖を大きめの鍋に入れ、弱火にかける。<\/p>

2.バターが溶けたら、ゴールデンシロップを加え、火を強めて沸騰させる。

4.かぼちゃの種とオーツ麦を入れ、かき混ぜる。

5.クッキングペーパーを敷いたトレイに4を並べる。
