1.じゃがいもを塩を加えた熱湯で柔らかくなるまで茹でる。<\/p>
茹で上がったら水気を切り、10分間冷ます。

ポテトマッシャーか手でじゃがいもを一度つぶし、塩と胡椒を少々ふる。耐熱皿にオリーブオイル・じゃがいもを入れる。

180度に予熱したオーブンで30分、または黄金色にカリカリになるまでじゃがいもを焼く。
4.鮭の水気をキッチンタオルで拭き取る。大きめのフライパンを熱し、魚の皮を下にして<\/p>
中火で7~8分、皮がパリッときつね色になるまで焼く。<\/p>
ひっくり返してさらに3~4分焼く。

ドレッシング:フロリダ産グレープフルーツの皮と果汁をボウルに加える。<\/p>
オリーブオイル、ディル、はちみつを加えて泡立てる。<\/p>
塩と胡椒で味を調える。
