1.サツマイモを角切りにし、オリーブオイルをひいた大きめのフライパンに入れる。

塩、胡椒、クミンシードで味付けする。

さつまいもを5~10分加熱し、みじん切りにした赤玉ネギとハリッサペーストを加える。
4.<\/p>
材料を混ぜ合わせ、フライパンの縁に寄せる。<\/p>
ハルーミチーズをサツマイモと同じ大きさの角切りにし、フライパンに入れる。
5.<\/p>
フライパンをかき混ぜずに3~4分加熱し、ひよこ豆とパセリを加える。
6.フロリダ産グレープフルーツ1個を半分に切り、サツマイモとチーズに果汁をかける。<\/p>
