1.<\/p>
魚の切り身の水気を拭き取り、オリーブオイルをまわしかけ、塩と胡椒で味付けする。
2.<\/p>
フライパンを中火にかけ、<\/p>
魚を入れ、黄金色になるまで焼く。
3.刻んだカリフォルニアくるみ、刻んだパセリ、パン粉、オリーブオイルを混ぜ合わせて、トレイに入れる。トレイに<\/p>
魚を入れて衣をつける。
4.160度に予熱したオーブンに耐熱皿に入れた3を入れて、12分または魚に火が通るまで焼く。
5.<\/p>
サルサ:赤玉ネギをみじん切りし、フロリダ産グレープフルーツの果汁と刻んだ赤唐辛子と一緒にボウルに入れる。
6.<\/p>
刻んだフェンネルを加え、もう一度混ぜ合わせる。
7.<\/p>
最後にオリーブオイルとパセリを加え、おいしいサルサを作る。<\/p>
魚に火が通ったらオーブンから取り出し、サルサを添える。<\/p>
