1.ボウルにバターと砂糖を入れ、電動泡立て器で混ぜる。ふわっと軽く混ぜ合わせる。
2.次に卵を1個ずつ加え、よく混ぜる。
3.薄力粉と一緒にフロリダ産グレープフルーツの皮を加え、慎重に混ぜ合わせる。
4.ケーキの型に3の生地を入れ、170度に予熱したオーブンで30~40分、または黄金色に焼きあがるまで焼く。
5.<\/p>
オーブンからケーキを出したら、20分ほど休ませてから裏返す。
6.粉砂糖、フロリダ産グレープフルーツの果汁、ジントニック少々を小さなボウルで混ぜ合わせる。<\/p>
食べる前にアイシングをケーキにかける。<\/p>
