1.薄力粉と粉砂糖をボウルにふるい入れる。
2.<\/p>
フロリダ産グレープフルーツの皮を加える。
3.1<\/p>
にバターをすり混ぜ、クランブル状になるまで混ぜる。
4.作業台やまな板に3を移し、生地状になるまで押し固め、筒状にする。
5.<\/p>
クッキー生地を2cmの厚さに切り、中心を親指でつぶす。
6.<\/p>
170度に予熱したオーブンで12~15分、または黄金色になるまで焼く。
7.オーブンからビスケットを取り出し、10分ほど冷ましてから、スプーン1杯のグレープフルーツカード をビスケットの上にのせる。
