1.バターと砂糖を大きめの鍋に入れ、弱火にかける。
2.バターが溶けたら、ゴールデンシロップを加え、火を強めて沸騰させる。

オーツ麦とミックスシード、刻んだカリフォルニア・プルーンを入れ、かき混ぜる。
5.クッキングペーパーを敷いたトレイに4を並べる。
6.スプーンの背で平にし、均等になるようにする。
