1.サルサの材料をすべてボウルに入れ、混ぜ合わせる。塩と胡椒で味を調え、味をなじませる。

小麦粉、溶き卵、パン粉を3つのボウルに分けて入れる。

サーモンを一口大に切り、小麦粉をつけ、溶き卵をつけ、最後にパン粉をつける。
4.鍋に揚げ油を入れ、3を黄金色になるまで揚げる。
5.マヨネーズを塗ったライ麦パンに、フロリダ産グレープフルーツのサルサとベビーほうれん草を挟む。<\/p>
