1.中華鍋を熱し、油と鶏肉を入れ強火で5分間、黄金色になるまで炒める。<\/p>
山椒をフライパンに加える。

刻んだ赤唐辛子、生姜、ニンニクを入れ、コリアンダーの茎を刻んで鍋に加える。
3.<\/p>
さらに5分炒め、フロリダグレープフルーツの果汁・醤油を入れ、軽く煮る。<\/p>
とうもろこし粉に少量の水を加え、鍋に入れてとろみをつける。

最後に茹でた麺、ピーナッツ、コリアンダーの葉を加えて完成。<\/p>
