1、大きなボウルにニンニク、卵、醤油、コーンスターチ、生姜パウダー、お好みで五香粉を入れて混ぜ合わせる。そこに、ひき肉と玉ねぎを入れて混ぜ合わせる。16等分し、それぞれを直径約4cmのボール状にする。大きめのフライパンに油をひき、中火にかける。

2、大鍋に砂糖とコーンスターチを入れて混ぜ合わせる。グレープフルーツジュース、酢、醤油、生姜を加えて泡立てる。時々かき混ぜながら、沸騰してとろみがつくまで中火で煮る。
