1. グレープフルーツの皮をむき、果肉を取り出す。

2. 海老の殻をむき、3等分に切る。

3. ボウルにマスタードと卵黄を入れて混ぜ、ひまわり油を少しずつ加えてマヨネーズを作る。固まったら、シラチャーソースを加えて味を調える。

4. チャイブは洗ってみじん切りにする。ドレッシング用に一握りとっておく。残りはマヨネーズに混ぜる。

5. フライパンかオーブンで、ホットドッグ用パンの内側を軽く焼く。

6. マヨネーズと海老を混ぜ合わせ、ホットドッグ用パンに挟み、フロリダグレープフルーツをのせる。
