1、 大きめのボウルにフェンネル、カブ、オレンジ、フロリダグレープフルーツ、オリーブオイル大さじ2、米酢、パセリを入れる。塩と胡椒で味を調え、冷蔵庫で冷やす。

2、大きめのフライパンを中火で熱し、オリーブオイル大さじ2をひく。

3、白身魚の切り身に塩・胡椒をし、フライパンにのせ、完全に火が通るまで片面2~3分ずつ焼く。
