25 minute<\/span><\/td> | 3 minute<\/span><\/td> | 28 minute<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n マグロとフロリダ グレープフルーツのセビーチェ<\/span> 1.マグロを薄く切る。 赤玉ねぎをみじん切り、赤唐辛子はさいの目に切る。<\/p> フロリダ産グレープフルーツの1\/4個をカットし果汁を絞る。残りのグレープフルーツは薄皮をむき果肉を取り出す。【2】にグレープフルーツの果汁少量、赤玉ねぎ半量、オリーブオイル大さじ4、赤唐辛子を加える。塩・胡椒で味を調え、ラップして冷蔵庫で10分ほど冷やす。 アボカドにグレープフルーツ果汁の残りとパクチーの葉の半量、チリオイルを加えて潰し、赤玉ねぎ の残りを加え、塩・胡椒で味付けしてワカモレを作る。 フライパンにオリーブ油を入れて熱する。トルティーヤを一口大に切り、フライパンに入れ焼き色をつける。焼き色がついたらすぐにキッチンペーパーに取り出す。<\/p> <\/p> <\/p>
