1. 溶かしバターをボウルに入れ三温糖(A)を加える。軽くふわふわになるまで混ぜ、
卵黄とバニラエッセンスを加える。完全に混ざり合うまで混ぜ続ける。

2. フロリダグレープフルーツの皮をむいておく。その際に出る果汁を取っておく。

果肉を(1)に入れ、しっかりと混ぜあわせる。小麦粉をふるい入れる。

3. 生地をまな板の上などに移し、ローストヘーゼルナッツを混ぜ合わせる。

4. 生地を丸めて丸太状にし、冷蔵庫で30分ほど固める。

5. (2)のフロリダグレープフルーツ果汁を生地に塗り、三温糖(B) をしいた
器の上で転がして砂糖をまぶす。

6. ショートブレッドを冷蔵庫に戻し、1時間冷やす。
