1.強力粉、オリーブオイル、ドライイースト、塩、水を大きめのボウルに入れる。
2.<\/p>
柔らかいボール状の生地になるまで混ぜ合わせる。その後、軽く打ち粉をしたまな板などの上に移し、滑らかに伸びるまで10分ほどこねる。
3.<\/p>
生地をボウルに戻し、蓋をして、2倍の大きさになるまで発酵させる。
4.<\/p>
発酵が完了したら、生地をすくい取り、四等分する。
5.<\/p>
それぞれを約1cmの厚さに伸ばしてピザの生地をつくる。
6.<\/p>
大きめのフライパンで生地の両面がきつね色になるまで焼く。<\/p>
7.生地を裏返したら、少量のオリーブオイルをかけ、くるみとブルーチーズをふりかける。
8.<\/p>
生地を焼いている間にフロリダグレープフルーツを切り分けてボウルに入れ、余ったエクストラ
バージン<\/p>
<\/p>
オリーブオイルと塩・コショウを少々加え、混ぜ合わせる。
9.<\/p>
8を生地の上にのせクレソンを添えて完成。フロリダグレープフルーツが、クルミと<\/p>
