準備:オーブンは190℃に余熱しておく<\/p>
1、 フロリダグレープフルーツはリンゴをむくように皮を除き縦半分に切る。芯と種を除き厚み5㎜ほどの半月切りにする。<\/p>
2、 ボウルに卵と砂糖を入れ泡立て器でよく混ぜ、薄力粉をふるい入れ、さらにプレーンヨーグルトを加え混ぜる。<\/p>
3、 2に生クリームと牛乳を少しずつ加えながら混ぜ合わせる。<\/p>
4、 耐熱容器に無塩バターを薄く塗り、3を注いでグレープフルーツをのせる。
