大きめのボウルで、コールスローミックス、フロリダグレープフルーツの房、胡椒、ネギを混ぜ合わせます。小さめのボウルで、オイル、砂糖、マスタード、セロリの種、塩、胡椒を一緒にして撹拌します。サラダの上にふりかけます。ミントとパセリを加え、優しく和えてください。
ミントフレーバーをより高めるため、コールスローにさらに大さじ1(15ml)を加えてください。
