1.オーブンを200℃に予熱する。グラハムクラッカーをポリ袋に入れめん棒などで細かく砕くか、フードプロセッサーで細かくなるまで撹拌する。
2.長方形のタルト型(または20cm程の丸いタルト型)に分量外のバターを塗る。
3.ボウルに、グラハムクラッカー、砂糖、塩を入れ、混ぜ合わせる。溶かしたバターを加え、さらに混ぜ合わせる。最後に<\/p>
ココナッツファインをしっかり混ぜ込む。
4.タルト型に(3)を入れ、型に合わせて生地を密着させる。オーブンで約5〜8分、または軽く焦げ目がつくまで焼く。焼きあがったらオーブンから取り出し冷ます。
5.小鍋に、砂糖とコーンスターチ・フロリダグレープフルーツジュースを加え、中火にかける。<\/p>
とろみがつき泡立つまで、かき混ぜながら火を通す。
6.ボウルに卵黄を入れ(5)を半分入れて泡だて器で混ぜ合わせる。鍋に戻し中火にかけ、約2〜3分間かき混ぜ続ける。
7.火から下ろしバターを加え、<\/p>
溶けるまで泡だて器で混ぜ合わせる。<\/p>

8.冷ましておいたタルト型に(7)を流し入れ、表面を滑らかにする。ラップをして冷蔵庫で最短4時間、可能であれば一晩、固まるまで冷やす。
9.固まったら、ココナッツチップス・ピスタチオ・フロリダグレープフルーツの果肉を飾り付けて、完成。<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
