グレープフルーツは皮をむき、ザク切りにする。<\/p>
2.マリネ用のグレープフルーツを細かくほぐし、塩、粒マスタードを混ぜておく。

サーモンは2〜3等分にカットして塩をふり、熱したフライパンで色よく焼き、(2)に漬け込む。

ベビーリーフ、ちぎったクレソン、チコリを水に放し、パリッとさせる。<\/p>
