1.グレープフルーツは、半分に切って搾ります。果汁を漉して100ccにしておきます。
2.<\/p>
鍋に(1)とグラニュー糖、無塩バターを入れ火にかけます。
3.卵をといて、少しずつ加えていきとろみがつくまで混ぜます。

とろみがついたら火からおろし冷まします。<\/p>
4.サンドイッチ用のパンを十字に4つ切りにし、(3)を塗りサンドします。
