1.クリームチーズは室温にもどしておきます。<\/p>
2.<\/p>
ボールに(1)のクリームチーズとヨーグルトを入れよく混ぜ合わせます。
3.<\/p>
グレープフルーツは半分にカットします。半分は搾り、残り半分は果肉を取り出しておきます。
4.<\/p>
片栗粉を(3)のグレープフルーツの果汁で溶いておきます。※果汁は100ccにしておきます。
5.<\/p>
(2)のボールに卵、グラニュー糖、(4)を混ぜ合わせ容器に流し入れます。
6.<\/p>
蒸し器を用意し、蒸気があがってから(5)を入れて約20分蒸します。<\/p>
