1.グレープフルーツジュースと砂糖、シナモンをソースパンにいれ、火にかける。

沸騰したら火を弱め、フタをせずに5分間とろ火で煮る。

シナモンを出し、のこりを冷ます。<\/p>
4.8オンス(240mlほど)のコップに氷を入れる。<\/p>
5.(3)をコップの1\/3ほどまで注ぎ、あとはジンジャーエールをコップがいっぱいになるまで注ぐ。
