野菜用のピーラーを使って、グレープフルーツの皮をむく。白いわたの部分は苦いので、深くむきすぎないように注意。<\/p>

小さな鍋に(1)を入れて水でひたし、火にかけて沸騰させる。

(2)から水だけ捨てる。<\/p>
(2)から(3)を、皮がやわらかく、くすんだ色になるまで、4回繰り返す。<\/p>
4.(3)を鍋に戻し、グラニュー糖100gと水100mlをいれて沸騰したら火を弱め、とろ火で15から20分、煮込む。<\/p>
