1.フロリダ グレープフルーツ2個を水洗いして、4分1程度にカットし、フードプロセッサーにかける。

なべに1と、水2リットル、レモンの果汁を搾って入れる。
3.<\/p>
なべを火にかけ、沸騰したら、スライスしたショウガを入れ、1時間ほど煮込む。
4.(3)をボールにうつし、ショウガとグレープフルーツの皮を取り除く。
5.(4)をなべに戻し、2.5kgのグラニュー糖を入れて、溶けるまでかき回す。

を10分ほど沸騰させておく。表面に皮の残りなどが浮いてきたら取り除く。
7.(6)を少量、スプーンなどですくい、冷えたプレートの上において冷蔵庫にいれる。それがゼリー状になったら完成。ならない場合は、さらに5分から10分ほど煮込む。
