1.マフィンペーパーを型にセットします。オーブンを200度に予熱します。小麦粉、ベーキングパウダー、塩を一緒にボウルにふるっておきます。全粒粉とブラウンシュガーも合わせておきます。<\/p>
2.バター、卵、バターミルクを(1)に混ぜ合わせます。グレープフルーツの果汁小さじ2程度残しておき、グレープフルーツの実とくるみを生地に合わせます。粉っぽさがなくなるように軽く混ぜます。

生地をマフィン型に流し入れ、色づくまで15〜18分焼きます。焼けたら取り出して冷まします。
4.<\/p>
