1.ホワイト、ルビーグレープフルーツを皮、果実(3房)、残りを搾って果汁にわける。<\/p>
2.皮は千切りにし、熱湯でゆでる。(3回繰り返す)

果汁を1\/4まで煮つめる。
4.<\/p>
(3)とマヨネーズ、果肉1房をくずしてあわせ、鶏肉を6時間マリネする。

(4)を180度のオーブンでローストする。
