1.【A】を鍋に入れて中心が沸騰するまで煮たら、砂糖を加えさらに少し煮る。

【B】を加えて少し温める程度煮てから、あら熱をとり、ハーブと一緒に型に流し込む。<\/p>
3.少したって固まったら型から抜き、冷蔵庫で冷やしてからふちを果汁でぬらしてグラニュー糖をつけたグラスに入れ、サイダーを注ぐ。
