1.クラッカーを細かく砕きクリーム状にしたバターを加え、ラップを貼った角枠に敷き詰める。

クリームチーズに砂糖を加えなめらかにして、グレープフルーツ果汁、溶かしたゼラチンを加え混ぜる。

2)に泡立てた生クリーム(8分立て)を加え、1)に少量流す。

グレープフルーツ果肉を4房2列に並べ、3)の残りを流し平らにし、冷蔵庫で60分程度冷やして固める。
