1.グレープフルーツは皮をむき、小房に分ける。肉は焼く30分以上前に常温に置き、塩、こしょうで下味をつける。春菊は葉だけを摘み、半分の長さに切っておく。

フライパンにオリーブ油、にんにくを入れ、中火で1、2分炒め、香りが油に移ったら、にんにくは取り出しておく。強火にし、牛肉を30秒ずつ、両面を焼く。それをアルミホイルで包んでおく。

2のフライパンをキッチンペーパーなどでふき取り、【A】を加えてとろみが出るまで煮詰める。
4.<\/p>
