1.グレープフルーツは皮をむき、小房に分ける。いんげんはへたを切り、斜め2等分に切る。絹さやはへたを切る。【A】を合わせておく。<\/p>
2.お湯に塩(分量外)を適量入れ、いんげんを1分ほど茹で、さらに絹さやを加えて30秒ほど茹でる。お湯をきり、【A】と合わせ、冷ます。<\/p>
