1.グレープフルーツは皮をむき、小房に分ける。長いもは皮をむき、1cm厚のいちょう切りにし、耐熱皿に並べ、600wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。
2.きゅうりは所々、皮をむき、薄い小口切りにし、塩小さじ1/4と水を加える。5分ほどおき、もみ、水けをしぼる。ハムは長さを半分にし、2cm角で切る。ウズラの卵は手でちぎる。<\/p>
