１．グレープフルーツは皮をむき、小房に分ける。いかは皮目の切り込みを格子状にいれ、短冊切りにする。げそ部分は食べやすい大きさに切り、【A】で下味をつける。セロリはピーラーで筋を切り、斜め薄切りにする。焼きそばの麺は袋の一部をあけ、600wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。

フライパンにサラダ油、しょうがを入れ、香りが出るまで弱火で炒める。いか、セロリを強火で1分炒め、取り出す。やきそばを入れて、両面に焼き目がつくまで、強火で2分ほど焼く。【B】を加えてなじませる。
