<クレープ生地>
1.薄力粉、砂糖、塩を合わせ、そこにグレープフルーツ果汁、気泡ができないように軽くほぐした全卵を加え、よく混ぜる。その後こし網でこして、バターを溶かして加え1時間休ませる。
2.<\/p>
クレープパン(なければ小型のフライパンでも可)に油を薄く敷き、1)を流し1枚づつ両面を焼く(弱火で2~3分)。

<カスタードクリーム>
1.薄力粉、砂糖を合わせ、グレープフルーツ果汁少々と、卵黄を加えて混ぜ、残りのグレープフルーツ果汁を沸騰させてから加え、こし網でこしてから、強火で煮上げ冷やす。
