1.グレープフルーツは皮をむき、小房に分ける。生ハムは一口大に切る。アスパラガスは茎の下の部分の固いところはピーラーで皮をむき、斜めに4〜5等分に切る。
2.玉ねぎはすりおろし、鍋に入れ、中火で1、2分炒る。たまねぎの辛味が飛んだら、【A】を加えて、混ぜ合わせ、粗熱がとれたら、冷蔵庫に冷やしておく。

鍋に2リットルくらいのお湯をわかし、そこに塩大さじ1を入れ、アスパラガスを1分ほど茹で、【A】に加えておく。スパゲッティーを加える。表示時間より1分長く茹で、水洗いし、しっかり水けをきる。
4.<\/p>
【A】にスパゲッティーを加えてしっかりあえたら、器に盛りつける。生ハム、グレープフルーツを飾り、お好みでオリーブ油と粗びき黒こしょうをかけてできあがり。<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
