1.オーブンを170℃に温めておく。
2.<\/p>
グレープフルーツは半分を果汁に、残りは薄皮をむきほぐしておく。
3.<\/p>
鍋にグラニュー糖100gと水を入れて火にかけてカラメルソースを作り、果汁を加える。<\/p>
4.鍋に牛乳とグラニュー糖60gを入れ沸騰直前まで温めてグラニュー糖を溶かし、<\/p>
生クリームを加える。
5.<\/p>
ボールに卵と卵黄をかき混ぜ、1.を加えて漉してプリン液を作る。
6.<\/p>
耐熱のカップにほぐした半分の果肉を入れ、プリン液を流す。
7.<\/p>
オーブンに湯煎しながら20~30分かけて焼く。
8.<\/p>
