1.グレープフルーツは薄皮をむき、ほぐしておく。<\/p>
2.玉ねぎはみじん切り、きゅうりは小角に切る。プチトマトはタテ4等分に切り、ブラックオリーブは輪切りにする。

モッツアレラチーズは1センチ角に切る。

ボールに1.2、酢、オリーブオイル、塩、こしょうを合わせ、マリネ液を作る。
