1. ボウルにそば粉・ベーキングパウダー・砂糖を入れ混ぜ合わせる。別のボウルに、グレープフルーツジュース・バニラエッセンス・牛乳を入れ混ぜ合わせる。<\/p>

2. そば粉のボウルに、混ぜたジュース類を入れ、滑らかになるまでかき混ぜる。

3. フライパンに大さじ2程度の生地を流し込み、片面30秒~60秒程度焼く。(生地は輪切りにしたグレープフルーツぐらいの大きさにする)<\/p>
