1.グレープフルーツは皮をむき、ボウルで果汁を受けながらナイフで果肉を切り出し<\/p>
ておく。果汁は40mlほどをドレッシング用に取り置いておく。

2.刺身には薄く塩(分量外)をふっておく。

3.小さめのボウルにドレッシングの材料を入れよく混ぜる。(グレープフルーツの酸<\/p>
味が少ない時期は酢を増やして調整する)。

4.皿にグレープフルーツと刺身を交互に並べ、グレフルドレッシングをかけ、ピンクペ<\/p>
