1.グレープフルーツはボウルで果汁を受けながらうす皮の間に包丁を入れ果肉を切<\/p>
り出す。果汁は取り置いておく。
<\/p>
2.乾いた鍋にアガーとグラニュー糖をよく混ぜ合わせ、少しづつ水分(果汁に水を足<\/p>
した分量)を加え沸騰させ、グレープフルーツ<\/p>
果汁を加える。<\/p>
3.型に2のゼリー液の1\/3を流し入れフルーツをバランスよく敷き詰め、残りのゼリ<\/p>
ー液を流し入れたら冷蔵庫で約20分以上置く。<\/p>
