1.グレープフルーツは両端を切り取ったあと横半分に切りナイフで果肉を切り取る。両端はカップの底に使う。果肉は一口大に切る。<\/p>

2.鍋にAの材料を煮立たせ、火を止めたら濡れ布巾の上で少し冷まし、Bを加えよくかき混ぜたあとトレーに流し入れ冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。

3.レタスやサラダケールは手で食べやすい大きさにちぎり、チーズは1㎝ほどの角切り、トマトとオリーブは1\/2にカットする。
