1.1個のグレープフルーツは皮をむき、ボウルの上で果汁を受けながら薄皮の間に<\/p>
包丁を入れ果肉を取り出す。芯の部分も絞り果汁を80ml用意する。1\/2個は<\/p>
半月切にする。<\/p>
<\/p>
2.鶏もも肉は皮の部分をフォークで突き、食べやすい大きさに切る。
<\/p>
<\/p>
3.ファスナー付きの袋に漬けだれの材料と鶏肉を入れ、2時間から一晩置く。
<\/p>
4.油を熱したフライパンで、鶏肉の皮目から中弱火で蓋をして約5分焼き、焼き色が<\/p>
ついたら裏返しさらに2分程焼く。漬けたれを加えたら強火にし、汁が1\/3になる<\/p>
まで焦がさないように煮める。<\/p>
