1.ホタテは横に2等分に切る。プチトマトはヘタを取り除き、4等分のくし形に切り、さらに横に半分に切る。グレープフルーツは皮をむき、小房に分け、プチトマトと同じくらいの大きさに切る。【A】を混ぜ合わせておく。
