1. グレープフルーツは皮と薄皮を<\/p>
むき、房を横半分に切り、2 つ<\/p>
を合わせておく。<\/p>

12 等分にしたあんを広げ、グ<\/p>
レープフルーツを団子状に包む。<\/p>
3. A の材料を鍋に入れ、ダマが残<\/p>
らないように混ぜ、強火でかき<\/p>
混ぜながら加熱し粘りとつやが<\/p>
出てきたら弱火で約3 分こねる。<\/p>
4. バットに片栗粉を広げ、その上に<\/p>
3 を取り出し、平たく広げ両面に<\/p>
片栗粉をまぶしつけ、12 等分し<\/p>
ておく。<\/p>
5. 冷めたら、もちを丸く広げ、2 を<\/p>
包む。
※こしあんは冷やしておくか、煮詰め<\/p>
