①豚肩ブロックはタコ糸でしばり、ポリ袋などに調味料Aとともに合わせ、一晩冷蔵庫で漬け込む。<\/p>
②圧力鍋に①を調味料ごと入れ、粗みじん切りにした玉ねぎを加える。〔圧力15分〕にセットする。<\/p>
③圧力が下がったらお肉を取り出し、ホイルに包んで休ませる。<\/p>
粗熱が取れたらスライスして、お好みでソースを添えて下さい。<\/p>
